Turkish Mobile Radar Complexes (TMRC), the first genuine air defense system of Turkey, had been developed by AYESAŞ and delivered to Turkish Air Forces. The integrated and mobile system which includes important subcomponents such as air defense command and control software, hardware communication systems and Tactical Data Link, has constituted the basis of the technological infrastructure recently owned by the company.
The turn key C4ISR solutions provided by means of knowledge, infrastructure and human-resource are:
In AYESAŞ who can provide each customer with differentiated solutions in accordance with their requirements, in addition to the unique design and development activities, any kind of software and hardware adaptation of Commercially available Off-The-Shelf (COTS) items, related interfaces and system integration activities has been performed by AYESAŞ engineering teams.
Turkish Mobile Radar Complexes (TMRC) which had been designed as integrated and mobile configuration for Turkish Air Forces have been performing the tasks as monitoring, defining and controlling the air space, tactical data communication and heading the ground-to-air missiles and aircrafts. By means of the know-how acquired by this program; many programs such as NATO Radar Integration, AMR (Automation of Manual Radars) Project, RIS (Radar Integration System) Project, Radar Network (RADNET) Project, Subcontract for ARS system deployed in Turkey since 2010 as part of NATO ACCS LOC1 Replication Sites Project, Air Traffic Management Gateway Project with ACCS (ACCS ATM GW) and the Long Range Air and Missile Defence System (LORAMIDS) Project had been performed and recent activities have been conducted.
In addition to the Tactical Data Link software, hardware and integration solutions initiated by TMRC Program, Link-11B integration of Long Horizon System of Turkish Navy with Turkish Air Forces and Link-11B integration of HERIKKS System, in many different subdomains such as real time tactical data transfer and development of Link-11B library software, the applications of ATDL-1, Link-11, Link-11B, Link-16 and JRE had been realized. Furthermore, the Link 16 prototype Data Link Processor (DLP) developed by AYESAŞ had been tested in NATO CWIX Exercises in 2014 and 2015 and 100% success had been achieved.
The prominent solutions are the software, hardware, communication systems and integration activities performed under the Long Horizon Integrated Maritime Surveillance System (IMSS) Project, the consoles and the ruggedized cabinets of command and control system and the design, production and integration of video network and playback system of Coast Guard Search and Rescue Vessel and Base Defense Operation Center (BDOC) consoles and cabinets, the infrastructure for data video network and playback system and the land based operation center designs by structures supported by multi-monitor (up to 7) consoles. Furthermore the Combat Management System (CMS) consoles and cabinets designed in accordance with the user requirements have been utilized in the modernizations of air and naval platforms, submarines, surface vessels and land based naval applications.
In the Automatic Target Detection and Tracking System (OTOHETTS) Project in which AYESAŞ is the main contractor, as a part of the modernization of the G-Class Frigates of Turkish Navy, the fusion of the data coming from the different types of radars and sensors, the integration of this system with the C2 systems and automatic integration of the track information coming from air and sea enables the tactical picture to be provided to the user. In the Project of the Coastal Surveillance Radar System developed for Turkish Coast Guard Command, the software for Mission Management, Track Management, Sensor/Equipment Control, Video Distribution Montioring and Maritime Information System have been developed.
Within the framework of network enabled capability concept, especially in the concept of air, land and naval systems, AYESAŞ who has a considerable experience in many different functional areas such as integration of NATO and national radars; legacy and new systems in different technologies; radars and command and control centers; sensors and C2 systems in ships; radar, AIS, electro optic, meteorology sensors has been providing unique solutions to local and international customers.
The military type wire and wireless communication systems, UHF radios microwave communication infrastructure, switching systems and operator station solutions have been present. Within the NATO ADGE/NAEW (Air Defense Ground Environment / NATO Early Warning) System and 37 HQ (Have Quick) System Projects, comprehensive communication system projects aiming at ground-ground and air-ground communication had been realized and a long term maintenance contract had been signed with NSPA for these systems. Additionally, by the Long Horizon (IMSS) and G-Class Frigate Modernization Projects, HF and UHF radio and antenna systems, switching units and operator stations had been established; the communication systems had been integrated by use of the crypto infrastructure of TAFICS for long-distance communication had been provided.
The design, production and integration solutions of video network and playback system infrastructure in land and naval platforms have been provided by means of the data and video communication capability built in various projects.
