The AYESAŞ software process system has a defined continuous improvement process and infrastructure to increase the quality and efficiency of the organization, keep pace with technological developments and ensure compliance with quality systems. To this end, suggestions for "process/technology improvement" and "lessons learned" are evaluated and implemented as part of continuous improvement, to which all employees contribute on a project and organizational basis.

To objectively assess the current situation and identify areas for improvement, the data collected on a regular basis is interpreted and analyzed according to the established measurement and analysis process by presenting it in the form of graphical reports with metrics that provide perspectives from many different angles. These analyses are used as a decision-making tool for management to achieve both organizational and project-related goals.

Our software processes and process assets are made easily and quickly accessible to all employees via a portal on the intranet.

In software development, we use waterfall, incremental, evolutionary, spiral and prototyping models as well as hybrid models, which are created by combining several software lifecycle models in order to optimally adapt the nature of the projects. In addition, we use agile methods and Scrum, among others, which are used worldwide to increase the efficiency of software development processes, make processes more practicable and ensure goal-oriented work.
